Mikey found this broken branch that looked just like a "V". And he let us know it was a V about a hundred times!!!

Daddy is very smart...he brought a drag rope and his hunting backpack to make dragging the tree out easier. He thought of everything for our adventure!!!

My cardinals are back!

I've got a mated pair of cardinals that come to live in my grape vines every summer and they recently returned! They're so pretty and I love to see them!

Can you believe this kid? He climbed the "rock wall" on the other side of the play ground too, but I had to give considerable assistance, so I couldn't take any pictures. I think by the end of the summer he'll be climbing the rockwall by himself, I just have to teach him the three points of contact rule! he let both feet go once or twice and scared me a little bit...glad my hand was on his butt!!!

Hi All! Sorry so long between posts! I'm in the home streatch with school and things are pretty busy right now!

Mikey has been complaining about the bright sun when we're driving, so he got his very own pair of sunglasses. He loves them!

I FINALLY got family pic's done! I'm very happy with all of them and with Sears. If you're planning on getting portraits done, they have some pretty reasonable packages and the give you the photo cd with full copyrights. I was pretty impressed with that!!

So, since it wasn't really fun going down together, we let Mikey fly solo. Daddy sent him down, and I caught him. *Insert Laughter here.* He made such funny faces on the way down, that I couldn't help but laugh my butt off. He hit a little bump of snow and caught about 6 inches of air. He didn't get scared, just kept asking to go again.

Mikey's New Playhouse

We got this Fire Station playhouse for Mikey for Christmas, but had to wait until we cleaned up and put away all the Christmas decorations before we put it up. It actually goes up and comes down really quickly. Mikey had a great time playing in here!
